Discovery Meeting
A review of the existing organization structure is done. Goals to be achieved over three years are discussed. This is done directly with one of the partners.
Mutual Commitment
Milestones are agreed upon, and workstream ownership is defined.
Project Plan
A 3-year project plan is proposed. This will cover organization design and structure, policy landscape, brand building and HR Digital solutions.
Quarterly Follow up
Transformation is a steady and consistent process. Quarterly follow-up is done to ensure goals are being met in a phased manner.
